To access 777juya's services, you must register a valid account. The following requirements apply at the time of registration:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal details — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and their balances forfeited.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorised use of your account or security breach must be reported to 777juya immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 777juya may request proof of identity at any time. Accepted documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 777juya's services:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
• Mental Capacity: The applicant must be of full mental capacity.
• Account in your own name: Your account is for your personal use only — managing an account on behalf of a family member or friend is not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion Removal: If you have previously enrolled in a self-exclusion program, you will not be able to access the service until that period has ended.

777juya takes the protection of minors very seriously. Parents and guardians are urged to secure their devices and accounts to prevent underage access to our services.

777juya supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

• Deposited funds will only be returned to the account from which the deposit was made.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may take up to 24 hours to process.
• 777juya reserves the right to place payments on hold and conduct an investigation in the event of any suspicious transactions.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be declined.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, 777juya reserves the right to void the affected bet(s).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any illegal activity will be voided.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by 777juya.

Odds are subject to change during live betting. Odds may shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is confirmed. 777juya reserves the right to accept or reject bets at updated odds.

The following rules apply to 777juya's lottery service:

• Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• Draws are conducted entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Prize claims must be submitted within 90 days of the draw date. Any unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
• Identity verification is required for prizes exceeding ৳10,000.
• If there are multiple winners in the same draw, the jackpot prize will be split equally among them.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued for all tickets purchased.

• Spend Limit: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: Any user may temporarily suspend their account for a specified period of time.

• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about session duration will be sent at regular intervals.

• Step 2: Our support team will respond to your complaint within 72 hours.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate your complaint to senior management.
• In the event of any dispute regarding betting or game outcomes, 777juya's system logs shall serve as the final and binding evidence.

Complaint deadline: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident or transaction. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.
